What BMG Actually Does

BMG FOREIGN EMPLOYMENT AGENT PLC runs a wholesale manpower-sourcing network out of Ethiopia, supplying domestic sector candidates to licensed GCC recruitment agencies and Tadbeer/Musaned/Sanad-registered centers under both office-to-office (O2O) and structured B2B account models. This site exists to explain that network to prospective partner agencies — it does not place individual jobseekers directly.

Use the site for what it's for. Don't scrape it, attack it, try to break its forms, or repurpose its content as your own.

Ownership of Content

Everything published here — copy, images, branding — belongs to BMG FOREIGN EMPLOYMENT AGENT PLC unless we say otherwise, and none of it is available for reuse without asking us first.

Anything submitted through our forms should be accurate and genuinely from your agency. We may check who's actually asking before we move a conversation forward into a partnership discussion.

Candidate numbers, timelines, and pricing shown on this site are a general picture, not a locked commitment — sourcing conditions, regulations, and market demand shift. A real commitment only exists once it's confirmed in writing between BMG and your agency.

Our Liability

Within the limits the law allows, BMG isn't liable for indirect or knock-on losses connected to using, or being unable to use, this website.

Which Laws Apply

These terms sit under Ethiopian law, and any dispute over your use of this site belongs in the courts of Addis Ababa.
